IPAD2 repair
I inserted the valid sim card, but still shown as "No Sim Card", then I went to repair centre in World Trade Centre this afternoon.
The customer service girl checked for a while, then she told me their co. was not authorized to open it for repair.
She said she will exchange a "NEW" one for me, then I asked if it was a NEW?
She is not really sure, just told me no one used it b4, then I have to give them my IPAD2, wait for another 2 days to get the "NEW" one.
I guess they should not be called as repairing centre, but "exchange" centre instead.
I was so disappointed at Apple's service.
Am I supposed to exchange a real NEW one, why I have to wait for another 2 days to get the "NEW" one, but not the same day?
Apple's service is so SHIT.....
I will reconsider if I should stop using apple products.
